The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve could be undone by a future administration. President AOC or whoever might sell it off, but the flag has been planted. And that precedent cannot be undone.

Exactly. Governments are inherently short-sighted. Plus Bitcoin allows you to vote with your feet and take your wealth with you.
If she continues to go in 4 years I don't think you'll touch her. If the democrats were to rise in 4 years then the reserve could be removed. But I would say it doesn't matter. Whether they want it or not ₿ it will be invaluable
