Took me about a month before I became comfortable with my feed and understanding the clients I use. May not be Nostr itself but the client you are using. Don't expect much feedback on any post. Take the time to tailor your feeds with what you are interested in. Follow people and even hashtags to populate your feed. Even shit post if you like.
