It's only manual if you are using external wallets. On NWC it zaps everybody on a single click.
No external wallet has support for multiple invoices yet.

NWC is Nostr Wallet Connect. It allows you to control your wallet from a Nostr Client.
LND is the Lightning Network Deamon, which is your lightning node.
