Government indoctrination is nearly at optimal levels. Few have creative minds anymore, washed away by government schools, and brainwashed parents from the same schools. Few care about security anymore. Suicide is doing great. Mental health is in the toilet. The upper echelon in the government and Oligarchs are very pleased.
