These are some basics I have learnt over the years:

Blue light from screens increases blood sugar, so don't browse on your phone while your in the waiting room for your labs as you may end up with higher than normal blood sugar results

Low carb diets do reduce blood sugar, but blue light may cancel any benefits.

Sunlight sans sunscreen lowers cholesterol because cholesterol is used to make vitamin D3 - supplemental Vitamin D is D2, and you cannot supplement D3 (from sunlight).

Required vitamin D levels are substantially understated in public health care

In most cases, the higher the cholesterol, the healthier you are

Saturated fat is quite good for you. Statins are not good

Dealing with myopia.......glasses are better than contacts.

This very great advice as well. πŸ‘ πŸ‘ Especially the blue light aspect that a lot of us underestimate, prior to going down the " light rabbit hole". I won't even talk about the cholestrol and statins psyop as that definitely needs its own post.
