It's moreso that she thinks:

1. Sun is causing skin cancer

2. Sunscreen helps

3. Taking vitamin D is a direct and suitable substitute for the sun.

In reality we are light starved from not enough sun exposure and light poisoned through shitty artificial lights from our devices, especially at night. The sun isn't exclusively important for vitamin D alone, that's just one small piece of the puzzle.

We should prioritise the sun and outdoors, and everything else should be secondary. Spending money on red lights for nighttime (opsins) and acute treatment is worthwhile.

Its not just UVB that we need. These people are retards. Seedoils lower your defense against UVB. You absolutely NEED near IR, and possibly other wavelengths from the sun for optimal health. Yes, sunscreen is terrible. It's usually loaded with seed-oils, which permiate into the skin, magnifying the likelihood of skin cancer. There may be utility in some optimal sunscreen formulations, but you're way better off just wearing long sleeves and a hat or staying in the shade.

Thousands or millions of years under the sun, depending on who you ask, but in the last century of Rockefeller health and science, the sun is now bad for us.

As usual reality is inverted by the controllers.

It's an evil genius how much they have managed to retard our understanding of nature. No one wants to believe the solutions could be so simple. Who would've thought cutting off the cycle of bioelectric processes with sunscreen and sunglasses, while exacerbating exposure with seed oils, could have such a detrimental effect.

The coherence of the argument of light only gets stronger when digging into the possible nature of reality and matter itself being nothing more than high frequency light. 'Hard light' as some have called it. We can produce hydrogen by crossing two high energy lasers in a constructive manner, which supports this line of thinking.

Yep, and I love this note because because I just said exactly that (the top part - no joke, it was word for word the same) at a family gathering and no one believed me. They just reverted to "use sunscreen to not get cancer," like they didn't understand a word I said.

Most won't be reached, only by the comfort of consensus. Being a social outcast or pariah seems like one of the worst fears people have.

"Your boos mean nothing to me, I've seen what makes you cheer."

A fear of aggressive aging from the sun is also driving the demonization of the sun. I totally get it. Who wants to be old, ugly and wrinkly from the sun? Not me. 😂 It’s going to be hard to convince women to worship the sun again when a youthful appearance is valued by men.

It is unfortunate that people have to discover this information for themselves, and it seems that most people are interested in the easy way of addressing a problem, like taking a pill rather than doing something that requires work.

In my own experience, it sounds like woo woo to people when I mention it, even if I point to data. It's twice the effort to convince someone they have been deceived.

There’s a reason why in the 1800’s and early 1900’s the sick British would go to the sea to get well. It wasn’t the sea air, it was the more abundant sunshine that healed them. More people will realize the importance of the sun soon, actually we’re moving into a time when people will be forced to face the truth.

Also the magnesium absorbed through the skin.

So the sea air actually does help. Makes sense. So when we’re sick we should be out in the sun and making sure we have enough electrolytes to increase immunity, not in our beds wading in a hotbed of virus filth.

So true! Aggressive aging from the vaccines is not even talked about! People always think I am 10 years younger then I am. I love sun, butter, oil, salt, fat, and all things natural.
