Well I just sent 40k SATs from my Muun wallet to my Phoenix Wallet.

Muun charged less than 200 SATs, just like it estimated before.

Phoenix charged a 3000 SATs fee without any warning to create a new channel πŸ’€

It's hard to explain to new people why they should expect to sometimes lose almost 10% of what they get paid.

That's why I still prefer Muun for onboarding.

Muun is good in that regard, I agree.

I don't know why people shit on muun. I think it's an awesome wallet. I use it for my on-chain BTC on mobile. Can always use LN with it if I need it.

Exactly. I have like 7 different Bitcoin/Lightning wallets on my phone and they all have their pros/cons.

But Muun is the only one I feel comfortable recommending to no-coiners πŸ˜…

They β€œshit” on it because it doesn’t hold your coins in lightning channels. Instead it uses submarine swaps to hold them on chain which is, in my opinion, better for users if we look at todays WoS and BlueWallet situations.

I love that about it.

Yeah, me too! I disagree with all this hate about Muun. The only thing I want from them is zaps.

πŸ’―

just wish they had lightning address.

Muun is just so easy to use. Hard to not like them
