When countries go to war, it is decided, ultimately, by one or few people. They will say all sorts of reasons but it is always the money. I agree these evil men are soulless. Others that feel they have to fight may just be in need of spiritual guidance but I firmly believe by eliminating the financial incentives, 99.99% of wars would stop.
