On a proof of stake protocol like ETH it becomes a losing game NOT to stake.

Putting ETH in an ETF that doesn't allow staking seems like a bad product. At least in the long run.

I guess it could make sense for some people or institutions that are unable or not comfortable with self custody, but in that case Bitcoin seems like such a better option.
