I've been drinking the same since about 2008, been using the same company long before all the custom roasters came about. (2004 or 5 I believe) they roast the day you order and sell in bulk at a discount (buy 5 lbs a month) also have green beans... Did that for a while, what an f'ing pain in the butt... I think that's all I was doing was roasting every other day it felt like. I do have about 10 lbs put up just in case.
