Would habla.news be a good place to publish a novel chapter by chapter? Or is it strictly for news and nonfiction?

You can use any long form text client like habla.news or yakihonne to publish the chapters. I think then you can organize the book as a list using listr. It's a bit clunky, but I don't think there is a dedicated client/note kind for book publishing.

The great thing is is that "long form content" has no subject restrictions. You can do whatever you want 😁
It would be cool to have a Nostr client that looks like archiveofourown or Wattpad where writings are fully tagged and categorized.

Is anyone working on book publishing on Nostr? Like primarily fiction?
I think this is a great idea. Maybe a new idea, might be some UX rough edges, but great nonetheless.
I might give it a go.... I'm drawn to the idea that #v4v development could/would pay authors more than current book advances from publishing houses. And certainly there are advantages of going around the gatekeepers.
This is an interesting idea. An adjascent idea is to start a repository of classic public domain works on top of #nostr. Would be a censorship resistant open library.
Could even have a section that is specifically for #v4v publications like books, ezines, etc.
Another *and other stuff* idea for the #plebs. I may be able to assist with such an effort if others are interested in exploring the idea further.
