No. It doesnβt take that much to keep sending small transactions with high fees to the mempool
you're missing the point.
if i pay for tx to be mined, and I control 30% then I get back 30% of the fees every time my floor gets hit.
My competition gets 60% every time it hits my tx floor. The higher the floor, the more it gets hit.
over time, I lose market share to my competition by directly funding them.
If I have 51%, I can steal their blocks.
You are sending multiple $30 fees to get a $300,000 reward. Once you hit one, you can keep doing this to keep the mempool full and keep replacing your fees to get it higher. Go do the math
