Devs on nostr donāt care about users dude, they care about venture capital financing, ādonationsā and circle jerking each other with their new dev ideas at fancy restaurants around the globe during āconferencesā.
He's not being an asshole. His company's priorities are just different than yours. I want a GIF button in Amethyst too, man. I also realize that I've been surviving without one thus far and would rather see a more stable and better app than a feature that doesn't ultimately change the app all that much. I want them both to implement Nests. They told me they will eventually. I trust them to do it when time permits. Until then, I'm still going to do my best to continue to grow Nostr and support them.
Heās 100% being an asshole. What app is crashing so often? You keep mentioning that. Agreed that should be a priority for that dev. Neither Primal, Damus, or Nostur have that severe of an issue. Building out features that causes users to actually want to use the app is the way to grow nostr. This isnāt a novel idea. Willās priorities are his prerogative but he shouldnāt be surprised then when he continues losing users and support.
