Need to see it in person and experience the UX myself to see if the trade offs make sense to others but to me there are a lot of non starters.

I like that it’s inconspicuous … it could be anything … a hard drive, a USB drive, paperweight. The materials used do feel premium.

The app is dead simple. Balance, add + Send & receive & you can use a custom electrum server. The Bitkey pairs quickly & seamlessly.

You can spend up to a limit solely using the phone but atm it’s only on-chain. Hopefully they get lightning in there or else it doesn’t make much sense on a high fee environment.

Trade off for ease of use is that 1 key resides on Blocks server. Personally, I wouldn’t use it as my main cold wallet … but I know I’m not the user they are aiming for.

As a moderately intermediate user I prefer other wallets that might allow more granularity & options … but I’d say it’s a great first wallet to onboard newbies or someone who is not very tech saavy …
