I don't like to think there is a best #Bitcoin Lightning wallet.

There are different wallets for different people with different interests, tech abilities, financial needs, etc.

Ideal set-up would be own node+Zeus let's say but not everyone can, is able, needs or wants that.

Breeze, Zeus, Zap, Blixt, Phoenix, WoS, BlueWallet plus others all have their uses and all are suitable for their niches.
