Price is related to value, but price is not value. The price that these NFTs were trading at during peak NFT mania is not indicative of their value.
I’d suggest asking a handful of NFT-holders how they value their NFTs worth $0.

Jpeg receipts do not make jpegs scarce.
Jpeg receipts do not give websites the authority to enforce intellectual property rights.
You can't use jpeg receipts to prove home ownership or car mileage.
I suppose you could theoretically use NFT's for a rube goldburg style concert ticket, but it won't be decentralized and offers no additional value compared to Ticket Master.
