Replying to Avatar Brisket

This was a rack of lamb bought in early 2021 and took out of the freezer yesterday.

Delicious fatty goodness👌

Cut up & marinated this morning in plenty of Salt, garlic powder, dried oregano & lemon juice.

They would be great with a tzatziki. I made an excellent one with some dill I grew in my garden and some lemon and fresh garlic. Highly recommend homemade tzatziki
