Today I didn’t cook at home. I just drank 5 eggs in the morning and 15 eggs in the evening, and ate some junk food at a cafe

I do 20 eggs in the evening, I call them lazy chicken dinner 😋👍

Only sometimes tho, mostly steak and scrambled eggs

Yes like in the photo. I put it on a small plate, then drink it, kind of chew it, and sometimes take a small sip of water in between
