Justin Mohn Was Angry He Couldn't Get Job as 'Overeducated White Man'
==========
Justin Mohn, a 32-year-old man who was arrested for allegedly decapitating his father, filed a lawsuit against the United States after he couldn't get a job as an 'overeducated white man.' Mohn graduated from Penn State University in May 2014 with a bachelor's degree in agribusiness management. In a lawsuit filed in August 2022, Mohn argued that he should get more than $10 million from the United States because his degree 'did not lead to better jobs or higher pay, but rather disadvantaged him because he was perceived as an 'overeducated, white male' and 'affirmative action' policies hurt his career chances.' This was the fourth time Mohn tried to sue the United States on the claims and all four have been rejected by the courts. Mohn later appealed the decision, but it was upheld by an appellate court. In a since-deleted YouTube video, Mohn blamed the Biden administration for the 'destruction' of the U.S. economy and criticized immigration policies. Mohn's father, Michael, was found dead in a Levittown home and Mohn was charged with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possession of an instrument of crime with intent.
