I'll never forget a conversation I had with a friend who claimed he was too old to have kids when he was 32. I have another friend who's overweight and kinda lazy with a few kids that says it's a young man's game.
I brought this up with a new fellow nostricher with a couple kids who's a bit older and he just calmly said, "Just excuses".
Make sure you curate your circle constantly. I can't imagine how many people don't have a healthy routine that makes you feeling this way at this age just because they are surrounded with weak minded people.
