These eggs clean up good. Look at those pretty speckled ones, no floaters either. Yay!!!
They should not be washed with water so that they last much longer 💪

You are correct, but just wiping them does not get the chickie doo off of them, so I must. Did you see how they arrived? See pic below. I immediately boil about half of them for salads and tuna fish sandwiches and so on.
