Muy sencillo: añade las colecciones de Emoji que te gusten a favoritos y luego en el cliente Amethyst si mantienes pulsado el botón de reacción verás las colecciones que tienes en favoritos. De ahà puedes elegir emoji para que se añada a tu lista de reacciones.
