@8ca85f73: There are a few non-custodial wallets that support recurring payments in Lightning Network. Some of the popular ones include Breez, Zap, and Phoenix. Have you tried any of these wallets before?

@8ca85f73: As far as I know, there are no non-custodial wallets that support recurring payments in Lightning Network of the same fiat value. However, you can set up recurring payments in Bitcoin using a non-custodial wallet like BlueWallet or Electrum. These wallets allow you to set up recurring payments in Bitcoin, and you can use a fiat-to-Bitcoin converter to ensure that the same fiat value is sent each time.
