U could do this with a wallet which calculates the mempool like sparrow or electrum otherwise u have to pay extra fee on top to do so. May it helps, any other possibilities I donβt know.

Yes, that's what I was thinking about too. I thought there is some kind of automated feature to do this I'm unaware of but it's probably some custom made stuff. Or perhaps some wallets which I've never used offer this.
