Will definitely reach out. My first target is already flared by Run Energy (sure you know them). Trying to workout how much they pay to operate the flare, my research and gut feeling tells me it’s plenty!
They also get ACCUs issued for the mitigation leg, which from my understand doesn’t completely cover the flare operation, circa $500k a year.
About finding the motivator - can the landfill manager get a big bonus for being more profitable? Would love to chat/engage more. “Sick of selling lolly water”

Depends on the contract they have. But I’d just ask them straight up “are you incentivized to find ways to make the operation more profitable either by reducing cost or increasing revenue?”
