What we know now is that longevity has much more to do with community/belonging than diet. If you’re diet has adequate protein and nutrients and isn’t full of processed junk than it’s fine. As omnivores we thrive in many environments with many different food sources. Where we do not thrive is alone in isolation. Alone in a box eating donuts is pretty much the worst possible outcome for humans.
