I'm not sure I follow.

Is this about a zero cost of generating a new key enabling the use of multiple keys, an therefore multiple identities? How is that not all just enabled by the original innovation?

I mean directly in this case. It's not like some other component had to come together first for that to be true.

You could, for example, use a system of snail mail and PO box based services with ECDSA and key derivations to come to the same result. The innovation appears to be exclusively in generating a network effect.

Do you get where I'm coming from? I don't mean to crap on this place, I'm just telling you what I see.
