Has anyone else noticed that their X feed seems… different?
Over time, I’ve seen more and more posts that I never engaged with, and my feed has become oddly one-sided. Try as I might, muting these posts seems to have absolutely zero effect
I’m curious—are algorithms really neutral, or are they subtly shaping what we see and think ? #freespeech or #echochamber ?

Definitely not neutral. Biases are inbuilt in algos and LLMs.
And under the guise of #freespeech it would seem. Hmmm 🧐
Most people have proven that they are gullible enough to believe what someone in a position of power says instead of looking at what they do. So that weakness will continue to be exploited.
And it seems that people are extremely hesitant to hear otherwise… just not ready yet to consider words and actions of people they admire may mean two very very different things I suppose 🤷♀️ it’s sad and a bit scary.
