Can you pinch more than an inch. It's a cheap way. In Tennessee we just had a month of prayer and fasting. I was doing it 3 times a week. Now, in August only on Monday. I rapidly lost 30 pounds and it's staying off.
I'm quite slim dno if that's useful. More curious about an accurate measure
