Tip: screen time will only make you able to sleep less. Turn off all screens. Move them to the other side of the room also.
You can burn off the extra 'energy' which allows us to lye down but not sleep in a few ways.
Reading a physical book (no screens!) is one that helped me but also chanting.
Try it for 30 mins and better yet do it daily, anytime of the day. Play with the amount that you need. An hour might be better for people with v hard cases. You can do this as long as you need or can.
This is generic and will awaken your intellectual if practiced enough.
