It's all good homie!

An example I use and love is if my son called me a poopy head when he was two, it's not going to upset me. I know it's literally not true, it's him at his capacity and usually being silly anyways lol. In the same way I have a client who vents to me about how horrible white men are. I'm like it's literally not true, you're just hurt. No hate, but I know the truth so it doesn't really matter. 🙂
