énfasis en garantizar comida, medicinas, seguridad y orden mientras se establecen bases para un desarrollo

económico sostenible.

Señaló que, con las mayores reservas de petróleo del mundo bajo control

democrático, el país podría enfocarse en la inversión y el futuro económico,

convirtiéndose en un motor regional de estabilidad.
