To each his own those look super fresh… not my cup of tea though it’s the smell of cooking them that gets to me… bon appétit my friend

Don’t like the taste that much but it’s just so healthy.

I don’t cook it. Just half an ounce raw liver every day. I get them into pieces and freeze it so it’s easier

How do you cook it?
