That photo is fascinating, isn't it?
She looks SO YOUNG, but there is something not child about her. Just a hint of something in her body shape makes it clear that puberty is happening. She's obviously too big to be 8. And puberty means she must be 12 at the least...

In fact that actress was 18 at the time that scene was filmed.
Young women do not look like girls, not even the ones with exceptionally young-looking faces.
