Not that I can see. It is frustrating that many things don't embed on nostr. YouTube vids do but Rumble and Odysee don't as an example. I often use those for content that I know will get nuked by the asshats at YouTube.

Best I have come up with is a screen shot (gets attention) and a link.

I could see how in time they could make fountain the mother of all media and have it integrated with nostr.

Betting that sadly Fountain might see it as competition for transaction fees. May be not.
