Nah, they actually never prototype anything. They just vibe-code apps and deliver that. Those aren't their prototypes; they're their products.

Which is hilarious, really.

Extreme prototyping is what I'm doing: coming up with wildly different variations of the same app, to test out entire architectures, designs, and tech stacks with AI-generated code.

The result is not a deliverable. It's the dynamic design document.

Took me (and my team) years. Amazing that you can do that in months now.

(Btw I still believe that lambda/kappa architecture is mostly superior and nostr is a variant, but somehow ignoring last 10 years of development)
