Got me some sats on #strike using my debit card. First time using that method, and it was quick and painless. Bought some time on the wine paid relay and some more time for #mullvad using sats too, which fucking rocks. My zapping bag is full for tomorrow's #zapathon. Hoping I can see global tomorrow 🙏

Do you need to scan/upload id an all that too or just purchase with debit and can send to your lightning address?
I've KYCed my life away at this point 😅 and i'm 99.9% certain i had to scan and upload for the convenience
Same, and every time an app tells me to scan my ID, it hurts a bit more 😂
As much as I don’t like the idea, I wonder if Apple’s digital wallet could send a verification token to third-party company similar to Apple Pay, so that I don’t have to actually ever give my ID to a company. There’s still tons of problems with that, but I do trust Apple to store my data a hell of a lot better than some of these companies, which will undoubtedly leak my information.
