I have been using pCloud as my cloud storage/backup solution for several years now. It has been pretty flawless. They are also developing it constantly. I used it to backup my phone and my computer instead of Google, Windows or Apple products. It works well with GrapheneOS and Linux as well as with everything else I am sure.
You can set up to auto upload pictures from your phone as well as create a drive on your computer. It can sync files and is very easy to use.
I was skeptical at first as it has an option for lifetime storage for a one time fee. It was relatively new when I paid for it and it has meet or bested my expectation the entire time I have used it. You can even host a website on it (although I haven't tried that yet).
Right now there is a Valentine's Day sale which has the lowest prices I have seen. I have seen this price before but nothing lower. I have the 2TB plan, but I am going to upgrade another 2TB as I am lazy with my backup and have multiple files all over the place.
This note is longer than I anticipated, but I guess I just like the service pCloud has provided. I have an affiliate link if anyone is interested in getting some fairly cheap cloud storage.

TL:DR
Inexpensive lifetime cloud storage I have been very happy with.
Right now 2TB = $279 USD
