in the last time I grew somewhat more sympathetic with the Trump political movement, maybe more because I didn't want kamala to win than actually support Trump.

As that opinion would alienate me from some family and friends, I try to keep in mind that the 19th century society can serve as a model, precisely because it was way less political.

the real problem is government indirectly controlling half of a countries economic resources, which makes society necessarily highly political. the real antidote to a politicized society are strong local communities and family ties.

Other than trump, you actually have some control over your family and local community which is why I should concentrate on that instead political talk.

but it is hard sometimes not to get carried away....
