Shouldn't there be some kind of popular vote for such a move? After all, it can have far-ranging consequences! Maybe nostr:nprofile1qqsrhuxx8l9ex335q7he0f09aej04zpazpl0ne2cgukyawd24mayt8g2lcy6q or nostr:nprofile1qyd8wumn8ghj7cmpvd5x2v3wwpexjmtpdshxuet59amrzqgawaehxw309ahx7um5wghx6at5d9h8jampd3kx2apwvdhk6tcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsqgrkcud2uwjfruweamz8ewshug5umfq38g9mkmn2u9mk6ajru2w2lgqgnhwv could ensure that it's not a change enacted by a minority but something the entire community can profit from.
Discussion
Most developers have no idea all this is going on. They're off building and can't keep up with the constant protocol chaos.
If I didn't blog about it or @ them, they'd be completely oblivious.
The repo owners have zero fucks to give.
My impression as well. Kudos to you for pointing it out & be persistent about it! Hopefully, the ones tagged (and spammed -- my apologies) by me will take note & action!
