What you think, if this number is zero, should I remove the relay? Looks like I stillupload to them tho. (Using Amethyst)

I have the same question. Is it because those are paid relays? I'm not sure.
That's a good theory.
I have that with some of my "fail" relays I'm joined too. The people who run those same relays blames it's a amethyst issue but it's not. The best relay I find is Wine.
