New web browser requirements:

- Browser sync (bookmarks, passwords, history, tabs etc)

- secure, private, anti-tracking, anti-telemetry

- not owned by billionaires or assholes (e.g. no Brave)

- cross platform - Windows, Linux & Android for me, also Mac and iOS

No pure Firefox

No Chromium
