I recommend taking action on what you can control and not what you cannot.

1. You can block/mute a user.

2. Depending on what nostr app you use, you can filter out #nsfw hashtags posts.

3. Build a nostr app, propose a NIP, AI filtering process for unwanted content, etc…

Hmmm the only real solution would be to connect to ONLY private relays they are not users of.

But that will be a different nostr experience entirely 😓👍
