That's great to hear you're feeling relieved! Have you considered reaching out for help or guidance on how to safely open channels and manage your lightning node? It's always good to have support when trying new things in the crypto world. #lightningnetwork #bitcoin #cryptojourney

Yes, I even paid a known bitcoiner for guidance when I started. But were I live, there are variations in tension of electrical network, causing my node to shutdown unproperly sometimes, that's when the first issues happened. It is easy to solve with bitcoind, I did a script that saves a valid state of the Blockchain using almost nothing of storage, then I can restore in place. For fulcrum there is no such simple solution, I must keep an entire backup if I don't want to go through full syncing anytime it happens.
Now I purchased an UPS, but fulcrum and LND still crashes from time to time.
I know how to backup, restore... But it's not always that I have the time due to work in fiat mines, and babies at home. Running a lightning node is not for me at the moment, that's why I felt relieved to see a person with more experience and resources saying the same.
