Aside from being one of the worst banks in America, Bank of America has an AI assistant called Erica. It introduces itself to you by saying, “Hi, I’m Erica,” which is supposed to sound like, “Hi, America.” I used to work at one of their marketing agencies, and this is exactly the level of cringe I have come to expect from them.
