Definitely it's a relay issue.
OP, add more relays and you'll notice your following showing up again.
I will add more to see if is that the problem, because i haved this 4 relays and it worked well and i was following everyone on this 4 relays
I used to follow 1000+ plebs, but it’s the third time that it happens when i open Nostur, it only happens with Nostur, maybe client problem
Stop using it. It sounds like it has relay issues, and if it broadcasts any changes to your relay list it would cause problems in other clients too.

Usually man if you have serious malware on your computer these days, you wouldn't even notice it until it's too late.
I can give suggestions on good OPSEC practice but I can't really troubleshoot things like this especially on Windows simply because I lack experience with it.
It was on arch linux man, its what i use on Laptops, i only have an M2 with windows to play, but i have anothet M2 to start my desktop with arch.
The ip was on the bottom left, now it opens like this when i start the Laptop..
