🤔 I heard alkaline isn’t good for the body
I hope not lol. I’ve been drinking it for awhile and noticed a big difference. I have a deviated septum and use a netty pot type machine to flush my nose once or twice a week. When I started using alkaline water I felt a lot better during and after the flush. I know this is a whacky podcast, but it was quite informative on my alkaline journey.
