Situational Awareness - The Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (#GPMB) of the World Health Organization (WHO) has proposed executing a "simulation exercise" IOT "ensure preparedness for global health crises". The exercise is planned to verify that the new "Pandemic Treaty" and amendments to the International Health Regulations (#IHR) will be successful. The measures would grant the #WHO powers to counter information, that the unelected body of government, deem to be mis/dis/mal-information (MDM). Critics of the pending treaty/amendment say it will allow the WHO to "grow its surveillance systems, and roll out global vaccine passports and other forms of digital tracking." IHR/treaty measures currently apply to 194-196 countries to include the U.S.
