github上NIP-50（支持帖子搜索）特性的实现测试，比如我有2个自建的中继，但其版本还未能支持NIP-50，现在可以把这两个自建中继作为来源，通过这个实现，把帖子保存到ES里，同时支持帖子搜索。 搜索工具 ：https://nostrich.land/search.html
