Does it matter where’s the relay from ? I remember someone mentioning the delta latency is small. But can see how if more Ppl from the country follows the relay you would have more country-relevant followers and possibly common interest to read

Mainly a blockage issue most likely. Delay is not that much of an issue but accessibilty.
I noticed I could not find the below person even though I already had his npub except by adding one specific relay.
